If I remember right one of your principles has to do with posting criticisms about someone who is unable to post in their own defense. Right?

I personally don't see that as a problem btw.

I have always made some allowance for human weakness. You yourself have profited from that fact. I am not sure what I would have done had I been board administrator, in these exact circumstances. I think I would have begun with an admonishment, but even if I had suspended him, I probably would have had it be a normal three day suspension, because plenty of people get away with offensive behavior on the threads...........
