(NYSE:AMB) will replace Metris Companies Inc. (NYSE:MXT) and Sykes Enterprises (NASD:SYKE), respectively, in the S&P MidCap 400 Index after the close of trading on Monday, January 27, 2003. Both companies are being removed on account of low market capitalization. * InVision Technologies Inc. (NASD:INVN) will replace Information Resources Inc. (NASD:IRIC) in the S&P SmallCap 600 Index after the close of trading on Monday, January 27, 2003. Information Resources is being removed on account of having traded below $2.00 for more than five consecutive days. * Keystone Property Trust (NYSE:KTR) will replace JDN Realty (NYSE:JDN) in the S&P REIT Composite Index after the close of trading on Friday, January 31, 2003.
