Is that what the world really wants--the US to go away. I say NOT. And especially the Arabs states as well as many folks in the arab countries who cannot say so in public view an american turn away from internationalism to be disastrous for their long term interests.

That is a very good point mike.

If given a REAL opportunity to vote, how many average people in the middle east would opt for dictatorship over democracy?
