Good grief. In mega-cities with 10 to 20 million people, income averages mean NOTHING. Even if they did, on a PPI basis you are looking at AVERAGE urban income far higher than you seem to realize. China is a country with more mega-cities than you seem able to even begin to comprehend -- and they are growing fast in wealth and population. How on earth can you claim to know ANYTHING about how people live in a place you have never even seen for yourself?
