From EP IR on earnings and mark-to-market transactions: We will provide an update in early February on 2003 earnings and provide a date for 4Q earnings. MTM earnings for non-financial assets go away with the implementation of EITF-02-03. We are implementing this standard in the fourth quarter. Most companies will implement in the first quarter, when it is required. ---------------------------------------------- Seems to me there will be a big write-down this Q. I'll wait till after the dust settles. May be a non-event due to other factors being more important, but not going to chance it.
