Interesting that Treasury bonds are NOT up today - could part of that be Europeans selling everything ? Or traders who want to be in cash so they can buy instantly in the next few days, and don't want to pay the bond transaction costs ?

The first is bearish for the U.S., likely bullish for European securities.

The second (traders with cash) could lead to an explosive bull run.
