Reduced gold positions to 30%. Raised cash and off margin. May sell more before the end of the day. VIX up over 40 at one point, gold up again and gold stocks can't even finish positive. Will aggressively buy any break of HUI 155, but right now I'd rather miss some on the upside than risk getting caught w/out cash.

Edit, now down to a core position under 25%.

Missed the top of the bounce last week. But did get out of large ST trading position @ $4.69 vs $4.36 entry, a couple of days earlier.(edit)

Not a great exit. But so far so good.

Far from the best ST trader on the thread. Intermediate holds are my fav. So, if I get most of a ST move -now and then - I'm happy.
