If ever you have a chance to go visit China, you can ask any Chinese on the street yourself, see whether those so-called "democarcy" cheap talk is any concern of the Chinese.

Could I ask a non party member? How about Falun Gong?
And if someone answered to the contrary what would happen to them?????

BTW, your answer reminded me of something I read recently...

"There are no political prisoners in China because in China every person can give his political views," Du Zhongxing said during a visit to Sydney's Long Bay jail.

Claims by Amnesty International that some prisoners under his administration suffered torture and other abuses were untrue, he said. "The reason that the reports by Amnesty are not true is that they have never been to a single Chinese prison."

smh.com.au

"nearly 20,000 sites were inaccessible, showing that China had an effective system of blocking sensitive material.

The findings provide an insight into the priorities for Beijing, which is promoting the use of the internet for business but trying to control it as a channel for political debate."

And BTW, DO NOT put your word in my mouth.

Also Yiwu, no offense intended. Have no idea of the percentages and agree that all scientists have some level of selflessness

Welcome back.

Fascinated by your perspective.
