Yes, of course, but the conditions under which those interviews were granted made them less than reliable.

Why is this an issue? The AQ-aligned terrorists are doing Saddam's work against the Kurds and he is therefore supporting them, though the extent to which Saddam may control them is nebulous. It's a bit of a stretch to link them to 9/11, and I hope Bush doesn't go down that road since he has more than enough to justify his intentions.
