(a) Capitalists playing with their own resources do not use Chinese Math;

(b) Everyone playing with other people's money are certainly at least tempted to use Chinese Math and many do; and

(c) They may have learned such Math from US Investment Banks such as Goldman Sachs etc, or from such institutions such as Harvard.
