I disagree. We have requirements. We shouldn't discard one, "the Bill of Rights" while producing no measurable improvement in our safety. "Any people that would give up liberty for a little temporary safety deserves neither liberty nor safety." - Benjamin Franklin There is no evidence that Iraq had anything to do with 911 and other than an alleged "That man tried to kill my daddy" we have zilch. The greater European community would be swayed by almost any credible data. But it is much easier to jump to implementation (war) than define what our objectives are (???)
