I think the $300.00 is insignificant just as it was under Bush. The main part of the Daschle proposal is the aid to the states.

Why is it you are not praising it like you did Bush's last tax cut? The main difference between the two is that Daschle isn't offering the 300 as a bone to the working and poor, and giving the prime cuts to the rich as Bush did.
