While the case was ongoing, he made contact with the Justice Dept [I think it was them] without counsel present. That's in violation of judicial law that governs the behavior of judges.

You are stuck on this insignificant point; judges make so-called ex parte communications all the time -- the question is one of substance.

They do?

The recipient of the contact has repeatedly stated he did not believe the phone call was inappropriate, it was merely a call to double-check the sentencing guidelines.

Once again, Pickering went all out, including violating the laws that govern his behavior, for what sounds to be a borderline criminal and a racist. Why?

From what I see of Pickering's history, laws don't mean much to him. Do you think that's a good qualification for a judge?

You are doing everything you can to manufacturer a racist claim against this guy.

The evidence is all there.......I had to do nothing more than a google search. Unfortunately, you are doing all you can to defend the sucker......that's the pity of it.
