<Speaking of the masses, I wonder what Maurice traded today :0?> Hi Jay. I traded my time for 3D enjoyment. I traded $8 for 2 x latte, $8.50 for pumpkin pie and salad for wife, $3 for 4 cobs of corn, about $9 for 2 x rock melon, about $15 for about 500 grams of very delicious schnapper, $1 for a paper copy of the NZ Herald, $4 for electricity, $1 for gas, $2 for water and sewerage, $6 for Auckland City operations, $3 to rent a video about Cassius Clay from the City Council Library, $5 for telecosmic services, several dollars for other food supplies [wife's acquisitions], $2 for petrol. Plus pro forma amounts for random events such as dentists, doctors, new cars, air travel, computers, cyberphones and stuff. I traded opinions with others. Swapped water for plant growth and enjoyment of the watering process. Heck, I didn't realize how many trades one makes in a day. Those are just some top of mind trades. I ogled gold, QUALCOMM, NEM, this, that and the other. I have not noticed before that ogled is almost an anagram for gold. Or golden. Or globe, if the d was reversed. A visitor leaned back, while swinging weights, broke my computer chair and fell on the floor. Cyberspace, from the Design Reg Number, enabled me to google Design Reg Numbers in NZ, which got me to the patent office, which took me to med.govt.nz, where I got the details, which took me to their phone number, which told me they have a website, which had photos and details of the chair, plus supplier contacts etc. Cyberspace is very impressive. It's getting more impressive by the day. I had started out thinking I hadn't made any trades, especially financial ones. Just a couple of dollars for lunch and coffeed. But the trades mounted up quickly as I thought of them. My 1.1% returns on US$ are good for a Big Mac, but not to visit Latte Land.
