Ted Re...For roughly two years, demand exceeded supply but that abated when the bubble burst and now we have a glut. Two yrs. You have got to be kidding me. I bet the shortage lasted at least 10. Secondly, before the shortage was resolved, a lot of overseas engineering schools were set up. Now that they are established, it will be hard to displace them. The math is that Tench is fu###. AFAIK Tench is a mid or low level engineer at Intel. Intel was mentioned in the article as one of the companies going overseas for their engineering, and mid to low level engineers are type of jobs being displaced.
