Its funny.......when the Reps. deny a Dem. nomination, its justified. However, if the Dems. deny a GOP nomination, the nominee was screwed. And you think I am biased I haven't said anything about the Dems nominations. If you want my opinion on one that was denied then ask me about it. Bork was a case where the Dems just didn't like a strong outspoken conservative so they blocked him. I can't see how that can realistically be denied. Whether or not that amounts to him getting screwed depends on your opinion of the Senate's role in the confirmation process. Tim
