If you think this administration is less poll driven than the Clinton administration, I've got just the bridge for you.

They both pay attention to polls, but I think Bush is less easily deterred from his chosen goals by falling polls. Bush may be a far less brilliant man than Clinton, but he is a far more disciplined politician.
