I've followed this for two decades and still can't explain how an index composed of many stocks can be "manipulated?" to sum to an exact point to the second decimal point?" I did notice this on Thursday and have seen this kind of exactness in previous years when recent lows exactly matched previous highs of a month or two earlier. IMO, it ain't no coincidence.
