"I really don't care that much" the way i read your post, gottfried, you implied that frequent updates by virus vendors were a ploy to gain public favor. to make sure that what i inferred was accurate, i asked you if that was what you meant. you've posted this and that since then, but you haven't told me if i took your meaning correctly. now you say you don't care. if you don't care, why are you suggesting that, "It's tempting to grade AV vendors on the frequency of their updates"? and especially after i posted that NAV updates daily? you sound like you care to me. and i don't think the implication is fair nor accurate. so i took issue. and i posted the facts. i do care.
