Now, my youth-group loving little brother has been transformed into a young man who gets his jollies by studying the likes of Noam Chomsky and Richard Rorty. This was the line I chortled at, John. Ahhhhm, Rorty! Thought you would like that one. Another indication the writer was telling us more about himself than his little brother. If he knew anything about Chomsky and Rorty, he would know their politics are quite different. Rorty is, by self confession, an old Hubert Humphrey liberal. Could hardly say the same for Chomsky.
