Sounds sooooooo easy..... I'm surprised the repub's don't try to balance it all by more tax cuts..... Reminds me of the old joke about a big discounter selling his wares below cost.... He said he doesn't worry, he'd make it up on volume.... NYC, I think, has a 6-8 billion dollar problem....Bloomberg has aleady raised real estate taxes by double digits, laid off firemen and school personnel, increased traffic ticket fines, bridge, subway, and tunnel tolls, and will probably dump some cops soon....
