Hi Jacob, It is a difficult balance.As an employer who has seen the large percent increases - I'm very aware. Things that are maintenance are high on my must do list. Wasteful unneeded tasts should be questioned. My employees who choose to continue to destroy their long term health (by smoking)just frustrate me completely. I've offered to pay for any and all withdrawal costs - patches,even a mood drug to help make it thru the withdrawal phase(we were a test within the Texas dealers health care). In total I have seen two employees stop for over 3 years now.One a very good employee had it licked for a year and a half - but succumbed. Another is just addicted and doesn't desire to even make an effort. SAD Bob
