Interesting. this is actually GOOD NEWS as I had them down for $1.0 to $1.2B: suite101.com

I read the other day someone thought it might even even lower.

That's a substantial fall; and no improvement expected in 1Q03. Their utilization rate was 100% in early 2000. IMO, they need to see utilization rates sustained (more than one quarter) at at least 85%, before they think about increasing capex.
