'Medicare is a binding commitment of a caring society'

... George W Bush, 28 Jan 2003, 1820 pacific time

Lenny! how are you, long time .... just got in, listening to state of union speech with one eye on kitco, hasn't been any ve vill bury you rhetoric yet, so gold remains under 650, waiting to spring ... ah, watched pot won't get you high, eh .... so SI doesn't cut the account right off at the end of the year? ... good for them ... people don't like to pay to post on the net, tend to regard their typing as all contribution necessary

'Viva Chavez' - huh? ... oh i see, you mean Viva Gómez, don Ignacio 'Nacho' Gómez de Bebida who invented beercan pulltabs ... best to get this right, because there are some whackos out there in other fields, lemme tell ya .... back in an hour or so, cheers

' ... and the sprinkling of Kaiserites (at least for this talk). He’s apparently got more fish now, mind you, I haven’t really followed him since Kensington. He’s got bottom fish, shell fish and game fish, I left just before he started talking about gold fish and (gasp) silver fish, or maybe he didn’t, but I wasn’t taking the chance.'

Lol ... i've always liked the way der Kaiser writes ... not necessarily his choice of what to write about, nor all his determinations on anything, but just the way he thinks and types on and on and it all makes sense because he's putting down not some diktat from god but rather just telling you how he thinks ... plus along the way you pick up many an interesting detail ..... here's an example, until this page changes it will have a piece on swg.to - canadianminingnews.com
[wasn't this EC's site once upon a time? ... i think so, CMN ... maybe he sold the name to JK?]

'This is the sentence that made me back away from my geological dictionary: “The auriferous sulphide veinlets appear to represent a later or late-stage mineralized event channelled up along and into the vuggy silica bodies.” '

Yes, 'vuggy' -g- .... another that's easy to grok but hard to say without snickering is 'bleb' .... apparently, if you find silver in a sort of blob, you call it a bleb .... presumably if you find it in the aforesaid mineral, you've got argentiferous blebby-vuggy sillyka

'Answers to the Quiz' - #reply-18503515 ... not sure, but i think Wanniski is something of a goldbug ... opposed to various ill-conceived economic theories currently in practise, anyway

Good to see you back Lenny .... now, here's an invite to another place -g- - investorshub.com
... there are quite a few threads there that non-paying members can post on, and there are two days remaining in the time during which they will be selling lifetime subscriptions ... fwiw
