Something that I hit upon while bashing around in ALU's filings. RFE Partners did a financing deal with ALU toward the end of 2001 with some pretty protective verbage for RFE, now look at what they specialize in..

Crossy, I'm stopped out on SMAN. I think that unfortunatly, Bush's proposed savings plan is hurting SMAN's sector.
