Yes, you must keep an open mind about DU because the scientific community may argue about the subject
for quite awhile. Since technology changes in a heart beat there will be new methods for evaluating
the health problems that our wars create.

The following was part of a note to me. I don't have any references so I cannot vouch for the
authenticity of the claim that:

"Gulf War I was the most toxic war fought with over 10,000
Gulf War I U.S. veterans now dead from Gulf War Syndrome."

People here who protest the war with Iraq want information. They want to be well informed.
The people in anti-war movement here are quite serious, I believe. They ask hard questions, and
they make time to learn about the issues. I've only attended a couple of meetings,
but I plan to become more involved.
