Bill,
Civil Disobedience is everyones right, if they are willing to pay the consequences. During the vietnam war folks who didnt run to canada or go underground or those like me with perpetual exemptions; those who took their punishment like men and women were the most respected. So if the Rat doesnt want to pay, thats ok, as long as he informs IRS of his stand. Mike

Well, it "seems" to work when people/corporations decide they don't have to pay at all, because they have "moved" to Bermuda and pay everything with unscrutinizable (until Poindexter gets his Sauron's Eye Agency rolling) credit cards from overseas banks.
