Software numbers are very good but no real confidence from the CEO's yet. Maybe Scott McNealy's recent cockiness is a good leading indicator for the enterprise segment.

SEC just announced that they are charging KPMG with fraud for helping Xerox inflate revenues. KPMG will probably go the way of Arthur Anderson. This won't loosen the calls for tighter financial disclosures.
