It's fairly to maybe even slightly overvalued here imho. It was spun off from CNP at obviously too low of a price.

If it had traded for a year at 10 and then suddenly traded up to 15 I'd say that's of interest. But the market is simply determining the proper value. Once found near term the appeciation potential will be quite limited.
