In the Romeo and Juliet film (1967 release date) with Michael York and Julia Hussey (b. 4/51), she was at most 15 or 16 when filmed, which is under age. There is a brief scene where you can see her breasts after she and her counterpart have relations. Does this count? If so, this makes EVERY Blockbuster video store a Kiddie Porn supplier by some measures.

Its the looking at it on line in the privacy of your own home that is curious.

Theoretically the producers could attach the head of a 14 year old to the body of a 21 year old and make it appear like the 14 year old's. Is that child porn? What if the peeker thinks it is a real image but it isn't?

I can see how the producer of actual child porn is doing something illegal but the peeker is not necessarily violating children when there is no direct visual contact with the poser.

I'm not an expert in porn laws, so I can't really go further than I have.
