Because the Denny beating is certainly, by any sensible measure, a more outrageous act. Seems to me you only answer questions put to you when you think you're right. If you have been corrected or have inconsistency pointed out (as frequently occurs) in your statements, you start this "...if you want to post with me..." crap. How about a little intellectual honesty, for a change? I don't like to see anyone beaten senselessly. There is no question that Denny was treated badly in part because the LAPD stood by and did squat. At the same time, there was a point when the R. King beating became senseless and excessive. There was no need to continue but they did. Its due only to the issue of race that makes this such a critical point. We should be disgusted that such shit goes on in our society and question why that is rather an fighting over who got beat more senselessly.......King or Denny. ted
