coined it in 1999 along with Bash and Cash.... someone must have an old AP log for my trademark infringement case ;) By the way, it is appauling the way New HAven PD is handling the Jovin case. It is also amazing that the court system is failing so miserably at correcting it. My hat is off to you for your persistence. I have a case here in SC that I am so tired of I am almost ready to walk away. The injustice and coverup by the state solicitor's office is unbelievable but I guess I shouldn't be surprised since a certain asst solicitor is the wife of the county sheriff. 99% of lawyers give the other 1% a bad name
