It would only be a violation of the TOU if it was secret. But we told some people on SI- so we released the info. However, you are absolutely correct that if that knowledge was not common knowledge it would be a violation of the TOU.

The fact that X and cosmic are married has been known on SI for years. I don't know how the information came to light; I'll have to take Foxlette's word for that. But it has been known for a few years by many people.
