If someone says they are married on a thread (and they also mention they are married to a specific SI poster), the information is then public. The TOU does not allow the posting of personal non-public information. It is definitely creepy to post about families and such, imo, but people lose their tempers all the time on SI. I might think it was creepy, you might think it is against your personal tou code, but it isn't against THE tou.
