Each thread and even a certain time line could be considered as somewhat private room in a public place. Based upon elapsed time and where the information was posted and why, I'd say one could make a TOU violation argument.

I don't really care if on these particulars I am right or not as my personal TOU is in the real spirit of the TOU.
