Thanks Fred, great summary and as you said, it is not going to help to the overall situation.

If it wasn't for the politicians arrogance, I would say that some of the states are not too bad. On the other hand, it is incomprehensible the attitude of some of them in reference to the war...

I wonder, how the different state budgets would compare to... say all the Latin American countries -gg

From that perspective, it may not be as bad as we think.
