this past spring we discussed negative nominal rates I thought it crazy, but possible the ultimate in desperation among Central Bankers I suppose Keynesian Monetarists might justify it somehow a sign of the times let's not laugh too hard the Liquidity Trap certainly is powerful, isnt it? many consequences, eh?
