You can't make a person violate the TOU. They have to do it themselves. You are SO right about that.

I don't think you get it. If someone finds out personal information about X that she has not herself revealed, they can ne booted from SI. The only way derogatory information on any SIer can be brought onto the site is if they post it themselves. EDIT: It does appear the info posted on IHUB and other BBs is treated as though it were posted on SI.
