CB, back in 1972, I had the joy of making holes in pieces of cardboard, 100 at a time, which were then sent over to The Machine, where time was booked to run the programme.

It really does feel Dickensian when I think of what I used to do. Not to mention the literally, dark, satanic mills where the metal was shaped to perform the progammed functions.

We are up to personal computer number 9, over a period of 17 years. Which seems to reflect Moore's Law.
