Interesting news came out about Marvel (MVL). If they import an animal figure that is considered nonhuman the custom tax is only 6.8 percent. If they import a human figure the tax is 12 percent. They are glad today that a judge has ruled that the X men are nonhuman.

<<You made enough in the last contest to run ahead of us an average for the rest of the year anyway. I did the same thing as I thought I had to pick it on 2 June to get in the contest - and I normally wait until the last day.

Aint no biggie....something tells me this will be a contest to see who will lose the least, rather then make the most...well actually, I expect a few at the top to be positive when contest ends at end of quarter, but most of us should be in the negative.....unless we get a huge post war rally, which I wont believe unless I see it..at this point, thats my new motto with these markets...I wont believe it til I see it...whether up or down.....opinions are like A$$holes...everybody has one....and frankly, not one single person knows with any accuracy what the markets will do...people can use history, charts, TA, FA and etc, etc.....doesnt mean anything today.....Today is a different world then yesterday, and the markets will do what the markets will do.....only history, after the fact, will determine who's opinions were accurate and who's were not....
