I've never looked at Metaquote, so I can't comment on that either. I believe that the biggest problem with services is the accuracy of the data, especially with OTC stocks. Quotes Plus has a good reputation in that regard so I've stayed with it.

Thanks for the heads up on Metaquote! I downloaded their 30 day demo software geocities.com and spent the rest of the afternoon downloading 100's of international and domestic indices from Yahoo, for free, with great ease into Metastock 8.0. I had just switched to Quotes Plus this month from Dial Data. My only complaint with Quotes Plus was their lack of international data, which I am now able to get through metaquote from Yahoo's historic price database. CT
