Because it works? Doesn't that say SOMETHING about OUR education system...(or, better, culture) Shrub is making a bonehead start here, IMO, talking about dividend cuts when everyone tuned in to hear how bad a dude Saddam is and/or evidence....given his drop in pop polls lately, he should realise that he is dangerously close with being hung with the "out of touch" thing that killed his father (political standing)..we are about to go to freakin' war, man, and he's talking about domestic energy production/forests? He also does not seem particularly passionate tonight about what he's saying (to me, at least)....IMO, he needs a strong close w/Iraq tonight, or this speech will go down as poor/below average, and a bit confusing (not rising to moment)..
