I noticed that too. They remained seated when the president said we should ban partial birth abortions too. The democrats were looking scared when Bush mentioned the program to reduce malpractice litigation. The trial lawyers line the pockets of the democrats. It'll be nice to see that happen. Overall, a great speech I'd say. The idiot democrats just continue to underestimate Dubya. DOC
