Well, the speech was certainly "Backloaded!" I thought his recital of Saddams "Sins" was well done. Bush's mastery of the Iraq situation and his sincerity really came through. Overall, a very good speech, well delivered. Now we get set for Powell to do his "Stevenson" bit at the UN on the 5th.
