Doesn't matter, the stadium has been rented, the TV time sold....the game is gonna go on as scheduled (by ourselves if need be, and most likely will be. That means the oil is ours, all ours when we're done!)

most, if not all, of the blockers are holding out for more oil rights, more guaranteed loans, or more trade concessions. everybody knows the game to play with US. Japan used to play the same in US/USSR detente talks in 70s.
