I missed the "speech" ..... ..... but saw the retort by the Governor of Washington. Sure, he tore Bush apart. But that's so easy to do at this point. The debate has gotten pretty damn repetitive. Same old, same old. Bush has got the American public by the short hairs, accusing any who disagree of sedition. The way he points his finger at allies such as the French and the Germans is extremely alienating. He's going to get the U.S. isolated before too long. I can't believe how he's destroyed the sympathy and good will the terrorists bestowed upon the U.S. with their hideous September 11th activities. As far as the actual speech is concerned, I'll probably have to live with simply reading the Cliffs Notes. If I have time, though, I might skim through s2's offering. It's great to have s2 around, isn't it, r1? He keeps us so well inforned, doesn't he? /j3
