well as i understand it... which doesn't mean much i'm sure some will say.... when you issue a FATWA it means you have an erect JIHAD until the FATWA becomes "issued" unless you've pre-jihad-ed a bit or done a lot of jihad-ing prior to eliciting the ultimate FATWA... in which case, the clump might be smaller in size as well as the spread and range of the EDICT. I will however, resort to some more research, perhaps in cantoon, or codicil, or wherever handy sources are for a quickie result....... to confirm the above, of course. zoom zoom zoom

"Fatwah" is what Ari Fletcher gave when he declared open season on Saddam - "It would be good if Saddam were assassinated by his own people so we would not have to sweat an invasion" and all that... What the oil-junkie is declaring now with his "they are evil, we are good" et cetera ad nauseam is "Jihad". i get those two confused... Don't worry about it. Things will be a lot clearer once this war engulf the planet and Mullahs start issuing fatwas for all our heads and the crazies of both sides come to our door in their jihad.
