No, Shinui won't sit with Shas, but they never said they wouldn't sit with the other religious parties. Shinui is not against religion per se just the special benefits for the haredim that Shas specializes in.

debka doesn't agree with me; they think Shas is more likely to be in the government than Shinui, but that Arik Sharon has the whip hand however you slice it.
