In your opinion can be a precedent were Schröder can be ousted in a democratic process ? as it seems unlikely that he will resign voluntary

That democratic process happened several times, it is called "vote of no confidence" and has to be performed by the Bundestag. The last SPD chancellor Helmut Schmidt was taken out of duty by such a "vote" before the regular 4 years ended.
It is not unlikely that it also could happen to Schöder because he only has a small majority in the Bundestag.
