"PGS Pays Bond Interest Within Grace Period"

There is a certain element of hair's breadth escape to all of this, sort of a seismic Raiders of the Lost Ark. These are options on a company's (an equity's) survival, nada mas, muchachos. The downside is, now, you lose 38 cents a share, the upside is anyone's guess, and anyone's time frame.

The nagging question which keeps me in this one, other than lack of intelligence, is Moe has made a $10 million bet on the equity, and Moe knows stuff we don't. It doesn't mean Moe's not wrong, of course, or that he won't take a $10 million bath (misery loves company?), but it's priced as a cheap option and the tipsheet says ("I got a horse right here, his name is Paul Revere . . . Can do, can do . . .") that Moe just might be riding the dark horse winner.
